By uploading an image, message, or link, you agree that the submission may be published as part of the archive.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site is the one that applies.

Your submission and our display rights

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload the image, message, and optional link, or that you have permission from the rights holder.

You grant Auxera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, convert, and publicly display the submission in connection with iwashere.page, its previews, its sharing surfaces, and its technical derivatives.

This license exists only so we can run the archive and show your submission to the public.

removal

Removal and visibility

You may request removal at any time by writing to info@auxera.ai.

We may remove, hide, reorder, or stop displaying any submission at any time, with or without notice.

There is no right to permanent display, no right to uninterrupted availability, and no guarantee that a spot will remain visible forever.

If a submission has already been shared or cached elsewhere, removal from the live site may not erase those external copies immediately.

Please do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

We may refuse, remove, or disable content that we believe violates these terms, other users’ rights, or the operation of the archive.

The archive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee permanent hosting, continuous access, error-free operation, or that the site will always be available in the same form.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and representations that are not expressly written here.
